A Story About My Life!!

A STORY ABOUT MY LIFE
Hello my name is Kamani Williams I was born in Milwaukee, WI on July/22/1999. I could have died at birth, I was a sunshine baby as the doctors call it which means that I was born face up with my umbilical cord wrapped around my neck. Growing up I had every thing I could ever want. I had all the love and attention a child could ever want. As I got older I had to start school. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I remember the absolute fear that I had for leaving my mom for  the first time. It was horrible I hated every moment about it but I got over it eventually.
I did so good in kinder garden school that I got accepted to the #1 elementary school in Wisconsin, Golda Meir that school was great I made friends there that I still interact with today that school taught me every thing I know about responsibility today. But around this time is when I took my first trip out of Wisconsin to Georgia and ever since then I have been HOOKED on Georgia. And from then on I knew that there was something better out there for me. At home I had plenty of discussions with my mother about moving out of state but she never wanted to because of her mother she didn’t want to leave her. And my dad at the time wasn't ready to leave because of work. But by this time I was a 3.800 average student in school which lead the middle school of Samuel Morse John Marshall to take interest in my academics. And they basically invited me to go to their school but little did I know how bad of an influence that school was for me.

So I went to the school and from the first day on it was horrible coming from a school that was #1 to a school that’s # 200. So as a result my grades dropped from a 3.800 to a 2.00 then down to a 1.00 and even a 0.800. I was devastated all through middle school my highest GPA was a 2.00. But I graduated and got my diploma. Now all throughout my life I have had foot problems so over the summer I had a MAJOR foot reconstructive surgery done on my left foot the recovery was not very fun at all but it was all for good. So still recovering from my surgery I started high school at the #2 high school in Milwaukee, Riverside University High school or RUHS for short and I loved it it was such a nice place to be every one was so nice and kind and as a result of the better learning environment my grades started to improve. But in the beginning of the school year an opportunity came up my dad was moving to Georgia and he wanted  me to move with him. And since I have been wanting to move from Milwaukee so of course I said I would move down with him when the summer came. And so June 15 2014 I packed my bags and took the 10 hour drive to Lawrenceville, GA and I have not regretted it yet. So I had to attend a good school in Georgia and so I choose to go to Archer High School and it was a big shock to me on how much of a difference there is in the way the schools are ran down here for instance there more lenient on cell phones and the lunch room you have more of an option and also the schools them selves like Archer is the newest school I have ever attended every school in Wisconsin is at least 20 or 30 years old at the least RUHS was almost 100 years old Built in 1919. But I love it down here and can see my self staying down here for a very very long time...
And that is the story of my life so far...
